• Information about the different courses and classes of online -methodology, lesson types, schedules and prices.
• Reservation of online courses or classes.
• An E-learning system to carry out the tasks and evaluations of online courses.
• Secure payment gateway to process payments for courses and classes.
• Subscription to our newsletter to get informed about new courses and new free study materials as we launch them.

To enjoy our online language courses an account will be created for you during the registration process. You don’t need to create an account to use our educational resources.

When setting up and adding information to your account, you must provide us with truthful, accurate and complete information at all times, including a valid email address. You are responsible for your Inti account and everything that happens in it, including damages or injuries – suffered by us or third parties – caused by someone who is using your account without your permission. That’s why we recommend that you be careful with your password, and insist that accounts are unique and non-transferable. If you suspect or discover that your account is being used without your permission, contact us immediately: info@intionlinelanguages.com. In the event of death, the account will be closed.

If you are under the age of 14, you will need the permission of your parents or a legal guardian to set up your account on our website.

To cancel or delete an account please contact us as info@intionlinelanguages.com.

We have three types of online Spanish courses:

• The Hybrid Spanish courses are courses with a price and a preset number of hours including: online classes with the teacher, recorded classes, tasks to work autonomously, evaluations to verify that the knowledge taught is being acquired and a certificate that will be delivered at the end of the course successfully.

  If you feel that you need more online class time with your teacher you can buy tokens– our 30-minute fractions of online class -and receive extra face to face teaching for at the time you need. 

• The Self Learning Spanish courses (Self-learning)  are courses in which you dedicate 100% of the total number of hours to self-learning with the help of our Learndash platform. You will have recorded classes and you be able to use the chat to clear up any questions. 

• Tutored Spanish courses are open-ended   courses in which you can do as many classes as you want for as long as you want. You’ll need to buy tokens as you use them. You will need to have some token credit at least 24 hours before your next lesson.

  You can take these lessons in two different ways:

  • Individual:You will enjoy a classic one to one lesson with your teacher.
  • Group: you will be with several other students in class.

For our English and German courses we offer only one course type:

Tutored courses are open-ended courses in which you can do as many classes as you want for as long as you want. You’ll need to buy tokens as you use them. You will need to have some token credit at least 24 hours before your next lesson

We will explain how to enroll in   our courses or classes.

All you need is to fill out the registration form and buy the course/tokens. Once you have made the payment through our secure payment gateway, our website will generate an account for you and you will be automatically enrolled in the course. 

You will receive a confirmation email for your course and your access details for future operations. 

Once we have received your booking we will get in touch with you to confirm final details and get your started on your course.

Tokens 30 minute fractions of online lessons with your teacher. Tokens are used to make up your online lessons with your teacher. You can bundle several or use just one 30 minute token. This way you can have classes of 30 minutes, 1 hour, 1 hour and a half, etc.

All tokens are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable, but can be transferred to third parties. In the case of handover, tokens, when changing users, will maintain their original validity. That is, 12 months from the date of purchase, and not from the date of transfer.

There are two types of tokens depending on the class mode you prefer, and they are valid for any type of language course with teacher.

• Individual mode token.
• Group mode token.

We’ve also created a number of discounts that you can take advantage of by purchasing token packs. If you buy 20 tokens (Pack 20) we give you a 5% discount, if you purchase 50 tokens (Pack 50) you will receive a 7% discount and if you buy 100 tokens (Pack 100) we will give you a 10% discoun

By contracting our services you agree to pay the corresponding fees. The final prices are those that appear on the summaries of our courses and tokens. They are not subject to VAT or other taxes.

We use the secure payment system of Cecabank so your payment process is safe.

You will use Inti in a legal way. All the materials contained on our website are for you to learn and enjoy a foreign language. The contents that you access through a subscription or purchase are for your personal and exclusive use. They may not be copied or shared with others. The contents that you can access freely can be shared on the channels that we have created buttons for (social networks, by email, messaging, etc.). 

Punctuality is important so please don’t be late for your online classes with the teacher. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the class will be cancelled and will not be made up.

If there are any technical problems, either on your side or on ours, that prevent the proper functioning of the session, the time lost will be recovered in the next class. If technical problems persist, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend classes until they have been resolved.

Unless you are an absolute beginner, we recommend that you take the level test before enrolling. This will help us to establish an optimum starting point so your course will be effective from the get-go.

All our teachers are experts in teaching foreign languages online.

When you register, we will assign you a teacher who will be in charge of your lessons. We will try to find an optimal solution to the timetable suggestions you give us. In periods when teachers are enjoying their right to vacation, another teacher will be assigned to your online teacher.

If you have purchased tokens of one type – individual or group – and want to switch to another without waiting for the   tokens to run out you can make the change under the following conditions:

• If you switch to a course type with a higher price you will have to pay the difference.
• If you switch to a course type with a lower price we will compensate you with the corresponding number of tokens.

When making a course type change – whether you have tokens accumulated or not – you must notify us in advance.  

If it’s a group class (2 hours per week) you can’t cancel the class and you’re required to pay for this class even if you can’t attend. 

If you are doing individual classes and for any reason, you have to modify or cancel a class, you can do so by notifying the administration or your teacher more than 24 hours in advance.

If we are the ones who are forced to cancel a class less than 24 hours in advance without being able to replace the teacher, we will get the class back.

Deposits are non-refundable for any reason (including COVID) but can be deducted from future onsite or online courses.  Any payment of remainder of fees is refundable up to day of arrival, less any costs incurred by reservation of transport or accommodation. 

No refunds are available for any reason (including COVID) once the course has started.  Any changes in flight, transfer or accommodation arrangements are payable by the participant. 

In case of a serious disciplinary offence, repeated bad behaviour or infringement of the Spanish law, the student will be expelled from the school and accommodation contracted through INTI without the right to any refund. Where damage is caused to third parties, all charges to INTI that originate from the above-mentioned incident will be paid by the student, who will have no right to later claims. 

The body responsible for settling any legal dispute are the Salamanca Courts of Law.

INTI and INTI’s accommodation providers are not responsible for students not catching coaches or flights reserved in their name.  Inti participants will be responsible for making and paying for alternative travel expenses in the event of them becoming necessary. 

INTI and INTI’s accommodation providers are not responsible for students respecting curfew nor informing parents immediately of students behavior in this regard. Students may be removed from the program if they repeatedly break curfew. 

With our courses you can obtain a certificate that proves that you have completed an online course. It includes the number of course hours, the start and end date and the level you have reached.

If you are doing  classes by tokens, you can also apply for the certificate of use as long as you have done 10 hours or more of online classes.

Your certificate will be stamped by Inti Online Languages S.L., and we will send it to you via email. If you want to receive it by post you will have to pay the shipping costs.

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time to clarify any new practices we implement. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and will duly notify you of the changes by the means you have authorized us to do. The amendments will take effect at the time of publication unless otherwise stated.

If you continue to use our services after the changes take effect, your continuance will constitute acceptance of the conditions. The revised terms and conditions will replace all of the above.
